How to build arm and ab muscle?

I want to become bigger meaning stronger. I do not have much equipment only 12 lb dumbbells, pull up bar, and thats about it. What can I do to build muscle? Anything? A workout schedule would be good. Other Info

Push ups and pull ups HANDS DOWN!

It is all you need to big those big guns. Go to some kids playground and start there. But go slowly, because I heard somewhere that if you do a ton when starting out, will only shrink it even more because of some sorta chemical in your body.

    if u want big arms lift heavy weights but if u want to get stronger do Resistance training like push ups

    basically im 14 and about two months ago decided i sorta wanted to build up my muscles a bit.what i did was, every time i entered my room id get down and do five press-ups. the idea was to make it just another motion, same as opening my door, id just get down and do five press-ups. then after about a week and a bit when they were noticeably easier, i moved on to ten, then a week and a bit later, twenty etc. eventually ul be able to do 30 no sweat. After u can do 10-20, start doing a few sit-ups too, or doing 20 before u get into to bed. then u can move onto 30, 40, 50 etc and now i do a hundred sit-ups a night in bursts of 25. if u have the dumbbells etc then ul be able to do lots more exercises as well if u want, but just doing these simple things will noticeably increase ur muscles in maybe 2-3 weeks. don’t look every week to see if ur more buff, the idea is to just do it, and the results will take care of themselves. also, just in case, a good hairstyle helps ur look too. since i got hair gel 1/2 a year ago its way better. hope this helps, it worked well 4 me.
